I recently completed the 70hr Real Estate Course and highly commend Connole-Morton for offering such a thorough quality program. The registration process was easy and efficient and the instruction by Jack Morton very professional. His career as both an attorney and professor make him well suited to cover a lot of material in an organized easy to understand manner. He was also very helpful answering questions and clarifying details. Would highly recommend. I passed the licensing exams two days later and felt very prepared.

This was such an amazing course and Jack was a great teacher! He was so educated on the topics and wanted to do everything he could to make us successful in our testing. He did great at staying on topic and bringing the class back to the topic if they veered off course. Can not recommend this class enough to anyone looking to get their license!

I have been working on this goal for almost 4 years, and through trial and error; trying other course options, and not being successful, I just knew when I made the decision to finally take this course, it was the best decision I could have made! Fantastic class. I had zero experience with the exam or doing any real estate transactions. After taking the class I took the exam 2 days later and I passed! Highly recommended to take in person.

Just took the 70-HR Salesperson Real Estate course with Jack the last week of January 2023 and passed the nation and state tests 2 days after the course on my first try. Definitely could not have done it without the amazing class. The class is challenging, and a time commitment, but well worth the effort. I must say I did not know what to expect when I signed up for this class. Not only was it a FANTASTIC review of Real Estate Law, but it was also enlightening on Broker Related items. The instructor was very knowledgeable and entertaining. Except for the long days, the class was most enjoyable. It totally prepared me for the State and National Exam.
