Information was taught to pass the exam. The course was straight forward, and stuck to the information without getting sidetracked with stories and "what if" scenarios. I appreciated how Jack managed to keep everyone focused and on track ever day. I would highly recommend this course. I am sad they will not be teaching the CE class anymore.

Jack & Jerry are great teachers and teach everything you need to know for the exam. When I was leaving the testing center, the proctor said everyone has passed this morning, that's unusual. I said we had good teachers. Her reply.... "Was it Connole/Morton?" Glad I made the right choice!!

Jack and Jerry did a great job of presenting information in an organized manner. The class provided a great deal of knowledge and allowed the student to expand on certain areas of interest, while staying focused on passing the exam. On line education, can be a challenge however the topics, schedule and breaks associated with this class worked well. Jack and Jerry were available for questions. The home work and practice tests help me pass the exam 2 days after completion, Thanks!

Great condensed course for the 70hr salesperson pre licensing exam, covers state and national tests. Taught to pass the exams not for teaching real estate principals. You are taught what you need to know to pass, period! It's an intense course but it'll get you through the tests it if you put the time in. Jerry and Jack do a really good job so drink lots of coffee and pay attention for their notes. "Good luck!"

Thank you all for the time and effort you've put into creating your real estate course. That was a lot of info to take in over a short time (though they were very long days!), and I'm impressed by your ability to keep it entertaining and engaging. 10/10

The course was very good. The instructors taught the content we needed to know to pass the test. That is the objective after all. They also kept it interesting and memorable by relating personal stories throughout the long days. Jack and Jerry do a great job to prepare you to PASS the real estate test. I love that it’s now on Zoom because it made it more affordable and easy to attend class and not break the bank with hotel lodging and meals! I hope they continue to teach that way and I normally prefer in class learning. So I even admit that online option was great.

Jack and Jerry did an amazing job preparing me for the exam. I passed both the state and national the first time. Thanks to Jack and Jerry I had enough of an understanding of every principle covered in the material as well as the test. It was a long class with lots of material to digest, but they made it fun and interactive.
