I've taken both the life/health and property/casualty/surety from Mr. Morton. His classes are funny, engaging, and informative. The little tidbits he give and stories he tells make it possible to remember a lot of information in a short period of time, and prepares you to pass your exam. I passed both exams on the first try without a problem - scored in the 90's both times. I highly recommend Connole Morton and America's Professor.

The course was valuable in preparing me for both the national and state exams. I appreciated the thoroughness and realistic approach. Jack is amazing and his stories are memorable, as well as helpful!

Attended by Zoom and it was easy to follow along. The content in their Student Handbook is dead-on. If you pay attention during the course and do the homework you will pass! I tried another school initially and Connole-Morton is definitely the way to go!

The real estate course was PACKED with info and pretty intense. But it was very interesting and Jack kept me engaged and attentive the entire time. It’s been a few years (ok, decades) since I’ve been in an academic testing situation and I was nervous going in. But Jack’s voice echoed in my head the whole time and, I think, really helped me get through the tough questions (may have also caused a chuckle/giggle or 6 as well). I would ABSOLUTELY recommend the Connole-Morton course for anyone interested in real estate as a first/second/additional career.

I really appreciated the structure of this course. The material was presented in an organized manner, making it easy to understand. If you study and take notes on the provided materials, you are well prepared to succeed on the test. Everything taught is directly applicable to the test and relevant to the subject matter. I thoroughly enjoyed the course. The hourly bathroom breaks and lunch breaks also helped the days pass more quickly than anticipated.

I highly recommend using this course as a refresher, so get the material early and study it thoroughly. The course highlighted material that may appear on the exam. I studied for over a month on it. Passed it, however the test questions are very tricky.

Excellent class and valuable study materials. I highly recommend this program!
