Course was very helpful in assisting me in passing the state and national exam the first time.

I don’t know why anyone would attempt these exams without the help from this wonderful company. 5 years ago I took the Life Insurance course from Jack and passed my exam with flying colors on the first attempt! Today, I took my Surety and P&C exams after taking the live course from Neil, and again.. not just passed on my first try but hit it out of the park!!! Lots of discipline to self-study involved, but these classes light up the information in an easy to grasp and engaging manner. 1000% satisfied!

After taking this course, I passed the State and National test on the first try! This course is very intensive and moves through a lot of material in a short amount of time, so you do need your rest to help stay focused to the end. Class started on Monday morning, and by Friday I was wearing out, but I made it! Concerning the test, the State portion wasn't too bad, but the National portion was very tricky, and wasn't very sure I had passed! I really feel that the instruction in this class is what made the difference! They really do know what they are talking about! Thanks again Jack, Jerry, and Sabrina!

Passed my brokers exam on the first try! My Dad took this class in the 80s and he passed both his exams on the first try too. Goes to show they have been doing a great job with their classes and students for many years. I prefer learning in a classroom but even over zoom they kept us interested/engaged the entire time.

I would like to thank Sabrina, Jack and Jerry for the well organized, tell us what we needed to know, and cut through the chase information to pass the state and national real estate exam given by PSI. If you LISTEN, don't interrupt or spend time on social media you will get through the test only having to take it once. If you cannot do that you will only confuse others and miss the point. Follow their directions EXACTLY!

This is my second go around with Connole-Morton Real Estate School. The first time I took the course was back in 2007 when I was looking to secure my MT Salespersons License. The course was in person at the time, and I traveled from Dillon, MT to Billings, MT and sat under their teaching for one week. I took the test the following day and passed both the state and national exams. Here we are now, 15 years later, and it's now time to take the Brokers exam. I turned to Connole-Morton for the required pre licensing education to help me prep for the test. A lot has changed from the time I took the first exam (2007) to the time I took the Broker exam this past December (2021). Real Estate demands have changed, the market has changed, buyers and sellers have changed, but what has not changed is the commitment that the folks at Connole-Morton put forth is educating their students to help them be successful not only is passing the exam, but prepping them to be great agents and brokers on the other side. Obviously no one can know the exact questions that one will get on the exam, but you do know what topics will be included and what matters to the test writers. The best way I can describe the exam is that it is a critical thinking exam. Use the material taught by Connole-Morton, familiarize yourself with the concepts, and think critically about how a well educated agent should handle any situation put in front of them in the field. Jack and Jerry are wonderful teachers, and the Zoom class was a breeze. If you're thinking about taking the salespersons or brokers exam, you can't go wrong doing your pre licensing education with Connole-Morton.

Top notch instructors! A ton of information was delivered over the class, but it was exactly the information needed to pass the test.

I was hesitant about taking the Real Estate class online because I know how I learn best. Jack and Jerry were great and while it was a grueling week of information they days went by quickly and it was like having your instructors right there. I'm happy to say that I passed both of my tests within 2 days of the class ending! Thank you so much for a great experience!

The two presenters were great. Clear. Quick. To the point. Made it extremely evident what you needed to know to pass your exam. I took the week class, took exam 48 hours after, and passed.
