Connole-Morton is absolutely the best resource for Real Estate Exam preparation in Montana. Jack and Jerry’s teaching helped me pass the salesperson’s exam on the first try. And now Jack, preparing and teaching the entire class on his own, helped me and many others pass the Brokers exam on the first try. I cannot even imagine how much time and effort it takes to put together all of the updated information this class offers, and Jack does it all. My first experience with Connole-Morton was in early 2013 while taking their National and Montana Salesperson Pre-License course. That was a great course. It helped me pass the exams the first time around. I have attended Continuing Education classes with them over the years. I just finished the Montana Broker Real Estate Pre- License Course on December 10, 2023 and passed the National and Montana State Broker Exams on Tuesday, December 12th. WOW!! I just completed the 70 hour Montana RE Salesperson Course with Mr. Jack Morton. I chose to take the class in the comfort of my darling apt in Livingston instead of spending a week in Missoula! Taking the class by LIVESTREAM on ZOOM was perfect for me. I did my best NOT to miss one word of Jack’s stories and illustrations. I am so GLAD because I feel that was KEY to me understanding the vast amount of information that was covered. I scheduled my EXAMS in Billings before I started the course. It was scary but I’m glad I did that too! I PASSED both EXAMS easily!! I feel I was set up for SUCCESS by the QUALITY of this course and by our instructor. Thank you so very much!!

I recently completed the 70hr Real Estate Course and highly commend Connole-Morton for offering such a thorough quality program. The registration process was easy and efficient and the instruction by Jack Morton very professional. His career as both an attorney and professor make him well suited to cover a lot of material in an organized easy to understand manner. He was also very helpful answering questions and clarifying details. Would highly recommend. I passed the licensing exams two days later and felt very prepared.

This was such an amazing course and Jack was a great teacher! He was so educated on the topics and wanted to do everything he could to make us successful in our testing. He did great at staying on topic and bringing the class back to the topic if they veered off course. Can not recommend this class enough to anyone looking to get their license!
