Excellent course material, just like the first time I took the salesperson course 20 years ago. Great refresher for the broker course, along with new information. Jack did a great job presenting all the pertinent info, keeping everyone on track and on time. He presented outstanding tips for remembering hard topics. I would highly recommend taking the course in person, it keeps you engaged and allows one to interact with the teacher and students more easily. I took the in person class in Missoula with Jack, Jerry, and Ashley and I'm really happy I did. I scheduled my test for the very next day after the classes and passed both my national and state tests the first time. I'm fairly certain that I couldn't have passed without their help and knowledge even with 3 years and a lot of transactions under my belt. Their wealth of knowledge and expertise is really hard to find and I appreciate that they are willing to share it with the rest of us.

To me, this definitely wasn’t an easy course. I felt like I was drowning in information on day 1. Luckily, each day got a little easier. I ended up enjoying this class and was able to pass both State and National on my first try. I would definitely recommend this course to anyone. I would also recommend lots of studying after the course. I gave myself a week to study before the test and it paid off.
