Excellent course material, just like the first time I took the salesperson course 20 years ago. Great refresher for the broker course, along with new information. I took the in person class in Missoula with Jack, Jerry, and Ashley and I'm really happy I did. I scheduled my test for the very next day after the classes and passed both my national and state tests the first time. I'm fairly certain that I couldn't have passed without their help and knowledge even with 3 years and a lot of transactions under my belt. Their wealth of knowledge and expertise is really hard to find and I appreciate that they are willing to share it with the rest of us.

To me, this definitely wasn’t an easy course. I felt like I was drowning in information on day 1. Luckily, each day got a little easier. I ended up enjoying this class and was able to pass both State and National on my first try. I would definitely recommend this course to anyone. I would also recommend lots of studying after the course. I gave myself a week to study before the test and it paid off.

The class was grinding for seven days but Jack, Jerry and Ashley kept the class engaged and entertained. I left the class feeling completely prepared to take the exam. And I passed on my first try!

I wouldn’t have been able to do it without this course. Yes, the content, the educational part was great. More so, the emotional encouragement and breakdown of what to expect on the exam was invaluable. I highly recommend and I have to say, I kind of miss being locked into zoom with those two. They are a hoot!
